6:30—7:30 PM Qigong & Dharma
Qigong and Dharma Course Registration
• Both classes are appropriate for all levels of experience, skill, and mobility.
• The 5:30 Qigong Basics class will study flexibility, alignment, balance, mental focus, and breath practices.
• The 6:30 class will explore Qigong as the embodiment of the Dharma.
Techniques will include cultivating awareness of Qi in and around the body, spontaneous Qigong, Qigong in relationships, standing and seated meditation and more.
• These two back-to-back hour long classes equal about 3—4 one-hour classes taken a week apart, due to the cumulative effect of continuous practice. So continuing students are encouraged to take both classes. Beginners are invited to stay for both classes if they wish, as the teachings and practices overlap.
